IHOP

"This place is SUCKS! The service is beyond HORRIBLE. Look, I get you have to watch your labor for the bottom line. However, this is ridiculous! Either hire more competent servers or another cook. It seems like there is only one cook back in the kitchen making food for the customers. I waited 1 hour and at the hour mark I left because I still hadn't received my order. Other customers were clearly frustrated as we were. 1 hostess that seemed to have problems seated them, 2 servers, 1 buser funny dishes were still all over dirty tables and I guess a manager older lady with glasses doing nothing. Accept, standing by the back computer by the patio. This is the second time it's been like this. The first time, I thought it was an aberration it clearly wasn't. Don't waste your time going here. I'll try the one down the street. Maybe it will be better. I at least hope it is. Or are all I hope not the same? FOLLOW UP . LIP SERVICE YOUR RESTAURANT IS TRASH AND SO ARE YOUR PUBLIC RELATIONS"

"We took our daughter for brunch there. We got 3 omelettes, 2 sides and 1 beverage. The bill was $81! What? The prices are so bad....with a tip the total was in the $90s. The pancakes were cold when I got them...I had to ask to send them back for hot pancakes. My omelette was over cooked (rubbery) and no hollandaise sauce--so I told the waitress it was supposed to have hollandaise sauce--she brought me a small dish of it--which was fine--until on the bill she charged me for it! I asked to have it taken off the bill cuz it was included on the menu for that omelette. but! the kicker is....we all got sick an hour later (terrible bathroom issues)---first me, then my husband---so I called my daughter to see how she was and she was in the bathroom with 'issues'. (if you know what I mean) We were really disappointed about all of it. Spending over $90 and having that all happen."

"We were seated immediately upon arrival. The food was good and as expected. The service was excellent. Our server had a sense of urgency, was polite and engaging, and he checked on us several times. Very professional. Overall positive experience."

"It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to IHOP. As I walked in I saw a sign “now hiring” and soon I saw why. No manager in sight. The waitress was prompt and attentive. Food took longer than expected but it was delicious. I did notice that the floors were filthy. Not oh they got a “rush dirty” but haven’t been cleaned in two weeks filthy. I can’t believe that people work here like this. I can only imagine what the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant look like. I then spotted the bus girl and she was so frazzled working her butt off. I overheard the employees and it sounds like the manager who was in fact not in the store had called to have the bus girl leave. This is why the floors and the restaurant look abandoned. Not sure how much longer this place while hold with this kind of leadership."
