"How you gonna have a mobile order, be 20 minutes late to pick up, but the order isnt ready?! And after i got (not looked at) stared by 3 workers there and no acknowledgement or a "we will be right with you!" Or some effort of noticing. Love the location, but im just gonna go out of my way to go to any other store. Sidenote: you dont need thay much makeup to work at jack in the box. Its a bit too much"

"I was very thirsty, so I upsized to a large combo to get an extra large soda. The drive-through worker packed the cup to the very top with ice, so it was like getting an extra small kids meal size soda."

"I went to the drive through on Saturday on January 8. 2022 at 4 p. m. and ordered the one Jumbo Jack with 2 slices of American cheese, one small size French Fries, one 15 quantity Fully Loaded Tiny Tacos Box, one Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee and one slice of New York Style Cheesecake. My total was $22.24. I paid Oscar at the pick up window in Cash. Everything I ate like the Jumbo Jack Burger with American Cheese was very Juicy and delicious! The Tiny Tacos were crispy and was very flavorful. The French Fries great. The New York Style Cheesecake was very creamy, rich was very delicious! Oscar this employee was friendly and personable to me. I highly recommend this Oceanside location."
