"I got a beautiful dress from there, but they told me the dress was $1200 and they will give it to be for $850 and they can’t bring it any lower than that because originally it was $1200 blah blah blah. I got the dress , I did my own results and turns out the dress has always been $850. So just be careful because they don’t always say the truth and you can negotiate. Also I am a size 10/12 they told be I will be 14/16 in their dress. They didn’t let me try size 12 because “it can get damage” and when I tried 14/16 it was really big on me. The dress i got is also big but they said i can do alterations somewhere else for around $50, but I called and asked around and alternations are $150-350 depending on what you need to get done."

"My daughter wanted to get a jumpstart on prom this year so we decided to go checkout this dress store. The selection was good however I asked to used the restroom because we came far away to visit this store and the lady yelled that I couldn’t use the restroom because it’s not for the public. I didn’t appreciate her tone of voice we traveled to make that trip for a few hours and to be treated like this was embarrassing. So for that I will rate the Noell Dress Store a 2."

"If you want to be body-shamed this is the place. I’m 5’3” and weigh 132 lbs. my dress size is a 6 or 8. I tried on a dress and wanted it one size larger because as mother-of-the-bride I will be wearing this dress for 11 hours and want comfort. The assistant went to look for the dress in the larger size. She came back and told me they didn’t have it in the next size, but I should go on a diet so that this dress will fit."

"DTLA dress store carries a lot of high end, luxurious evening wear, bridal, mother of the bride and bridesmaid looks. Priced on the higher side so be mindful of this before going in. My bridesmaids wore Jovani gowns in Cinderella blue. GORGEOUS!!!!!"
