"Same sentiment as a recent reviews - this place is a hot mess and absolutely filthy. The last few visits it seems the staff is running around with their heads cut off. There doesn’t seem to ever be a supervisor or manager running the shifts. It’s chaotic, insanely messy, everything is out of stock. It’s to the point where a health inspector should be rolling into here checking in on the cleanliness of the place. The floors and tables and bathrooms everything you touch is sticky and gross. I don’t trust eating food from here. If the restaurant looks filthy the staff is probably not following protocols when handling food either. Bad idea having a bunch of teen boys running the restaurant."

"The place is absolutely filthy, all the tables are dirty, the floors and baseboards are filthy, the drink machines are empty see the photos people are waiting for 20 minutes for more lamb 20 minutes more chicken… So it’s really slow the owner and our manager really needs to do something about this"

"This place is slow, be prepared! They seem to be told to prioritize online/phone orders. They are just doing what they are told, the people who work there though are great, as well as the food. The employees are all super nice ,Niya who helped us was amazing, fast and helpful with the menu."

"Made our way back to Cava and I sure am glad we did. They have numerous options for bowls, pitas, and kids meals. Choose from grains, greens, or a little of both! Large portions of proteins are an option and you can split between two! The sauces are great and numerous toppings to choose from allow for a personalized bowl every time! Can’t wait to come back and try something new! The man who got us our food was great adding to the whole experience!"

"I love CAVA but this location needs improvement. My pickup orders are consistently tiny and missing items. It’s also faster to just order in store than do pick up. They don’t prioritize pickup so you’ll be waiting longer."
