"Pad Thai is easy to screw up, sticky or greasy noodles, a lack of freshness or crispness, too sweet or to too salty; this place was the BEST pad Thai I've had in he past two years. The noodles were prepared flawlessly, spice level was exactly what I requested (moderately spicy with a side of chili oil), and a sauce that hit perfectly. My aunt ordered the shrimp, and the shrimp were FRESH, sweet and with a texture that you lose if they are frozen. I highly recommend the Pad Thai."
