"I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place."

"I placed a mobile order on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The drive-thru was quick and easy as there wasn't anyone in line. I got the new mango flavored lemonade and it was delicious. The only thing that's a bummer about those, is that they're smaller than your regular lemonade."

"The food meets expectations for fast food. Assembly of the sandwiches could be done with a bit more care. On several visits now, I received a sandwich that had two small pickles stacked on top of each other, hanging off the side of the bun with the top bun, only covering about a third of the chicken. Since the cheese had already melted, I had to disassemble and reassemble my sandwich so it could be held for consumption. The service was enthusiastic, the facility was clean, and when we ordered additional items, we were easily found for them to deliver to the table. The atmosphere was as expected for fast food. But I appreciate the professionalism, positive attitudes, table service, and seemingly constant rotation of someone cleaning the dining area in one way or another."

"While the following is true I am updating my review as mistakes happen but how you handle them is important. They contacted me within a couple days of the review and made things right (at least as far as the money goes) and were kind enough to provide meals free of charge as an apology. This speaks volumes so far as company customer service and integrity. Thank you. I went to the drive thru with 4 other people and we all put our orders in at the drive through. Got 5 miles down the road and my meal wasn't there. No chicken sandwich no fries nothing for me. While every one else was eating i had to go out to the close by habit burger to eat. The good news was the burger was good, the bad news was i had to pay twice for my meal. Shame on you chick-filet."
