"I want to thank the staff of this Jersey Mike's location. Even though I come 3 or 4 times a month, they seem to know my order before I even say anything."

"Pretty good service. Really friendly staff. Not many Sandwhich shops left (I used to go to Port of Subs, but the 2 Oceanside ones and 1 Escondido I went to closed). And I'll take Jersey Mike's over Subway. I usually get online. It's usually ready when I get here. But sometimes I have to ask for it instead of just grabbing it off the mobile pickup, and I have to look before I go in so I know to lock up my bicycle (my main mode of transportation). If I don't see it on the shelf through the window or if there are too many to tell if mine is even up there yet, I'll lock my bike up not knowing how long it will take to get my sandwich (even if I wait 5 minutes past the pickup time to get it). If I had to guess, the homeless in the area maybe come in and snag sandwiches. I wish they would bring the meatball sandwich back."

"The girl with green hair was absolutely OBLIVIOUS as we were standing in front of the register ready to pay. She was the only one at the register. And she was just simply on the phone. No eye contact, just looking everywhere else but the customers. She didn’t even say to wait one moment or anything. The other employees were rightfully busy but she was aware of this. So I canceled the order once the other girl who was actually quite busy had the mere chance to help me. Had to leave."

"What I didn’t know, was that the last time I reviewed this restaurant (3 years ago), the owner thanked me. Which I am forever grateful for. Anyway, this was hands down the best take out service I have ever received. The ladies behind the counter were prompt, polite, and professional. Seldom do you run into an entire shift at a restaurant that all figured It out. Our food came out faster than I’ve ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s or any establishment similar. We were reminded when we walked in that It was in fact, Friday the 13th. Initially we were spooked but the employees comforted us and made sure that we felt safe inside of their business. I would like to personally thank all of them for making us feel so welcomed. It was like we were a part of the family. Jersey Michael himself would be proud to know that these ladies are on his team. My only regret is not asking for all of their names so i could include them in this post. With that being said, best Friday the 13th ever."
