"Do not buy from this store in person and especially not online. They will scam you out of your money through their store policy. Services are responsible for refunds and filing claims if the item is lost in the mail PERIOD. You spend more than $100 and you are SOL and they don’t care! Keep your money and spend someone else. They do not deserve your patronage! EDIT: The mail search will go nowhere because I can’t tell them what the package looks like. You want to know who would know what the package looks like? YOU. And just like you can “look” you can also file the claim and missing search yourself. It takes less than 5 minutes. You don’t care wether it’s lost or found because you already have my money with no good intentions."
