The restaurant is situated within the Arrowood community, adjacent to Camp Pendleton and just 35 miles north of San Diego. Designed by local architect Ted Robinson Jr, the Arrowood golf course offers a challenging par-71, 6,721-yard layout that is nestled in the scenic San Luis Rey Valley.
The course features a unique topography and natural areas that add to its beauty and challenge. With greens made of Poa annua and Bermuda grass, players can expect a fast and firm playing surface. The layout includes four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels, with a potential two-club wind adding an extra element of challenge.
The final four holes, known as The Quandary, offer a thrilling conclusion to the round with tricky greens and strategic hazards. The course's longest par four features a downhill tee shot and an island green, while the 18th hole presents a water hazard and bunkers to navigate.
