"Bought a pair of pants only to realize later at home that they were previously worn and returned. There was a crumpled event napkin in the pants as well as two stains on the legs. I emailed + called the store to see if we could resolve remotely, but they gave me no options other than to drive all the way back to west LA to rectify THEIR sloppiness. If you want to buy used clothes, spend your money here."

"I wanted to cancel an order that I placed about 8 hours ago. Turns out they can't process any sort of cancellation at all after you order. There was a 30% discount for black friday and apparently they don't allow for refunds either. Sadly that wasn't made clear during any point in the checkout process. Would've been nice to see a bit more transparency. The clothes are nice considering it's still a fast fashion brand, but the customer support is pretty weak."

"Ugh - was in LA for a week and bought a dress and then brought it back to NYC only to find out that the security tag was still on it. Macy's wouldn't take it off for me and now I have to go out of my way to find a store with the same clothing tag."

"What a horrible experience! Last week I bought a top with 20% off discount, the sales did not tell me sale item are not refundable. I went home and found out the security tag was still on! I live far away from the shop, so I had to Uber back to the store after one week and it cost me $30!!!!!! The SA( chubby, with glasses, Asian) was super rude when I told her the security tag is still on, did not even say sorry, bitxxx I had to come all the way just because your unprofessional service, if you did not know how to work, the don’t ! Then I told her I want to refund the top because I don’t like it anymore, she said :” oh sale items are not refundable.” Honestly you should tell your customers at the spot, and the website clearly stated all items are refundable within 30 days in original conditions with receipt. So here’s my horrible shopping experience, never gonna come back to this brand, poor quality, overpriced and shixt service ."
