"Went to shop and was waiting in line to pay today and when it was my turn the guy at cashier started helping some guys that walked in from mens section and told me the lady next to him is going to help me. So I continue waiting and when she finishes and it’s my turn that next woman cashier starts folding clothes and makes me wait even longer . I left the store because they don’t deserve my money and spent at Bloomingdale’s."

"Ones in awhile I shop here at century city store, but there is always the same employee, and I found out his name is NELSON who creates negative atmosphere by disrespectful vocabulary to his peers and customers. This kind of NEGATIVE attitude and BEHAVIOR as NO business in a store like JCREW. Nelson, creates an unpleasant shopping experiences and I have heard other customers complain as well."

"Brought my items up to the register to check out, the cashier (who I’m assuming is a manager) took them from me, set them on the table and turned his back to me and started to talk his employees on his walkie talkie— telling each employee to go on break and such. He literally forgot I was there one second after grabbing my items… the employee next to him was so puzzled by what was going on so she stepped in to help me. I hate this place, I literally only go out of necessity and the service sucks each time."

"I would have given them zero if I had this option. I have been a loyal customer with JCrew for years and have never met any rude jcrew employee before my daughter came to this store to buy clothes. While shop assistant Chelsea was very helpful the Cashier Todd was very rude and intimidating. Unfortunately for us we had to “swallowed” this rude behavior because my daughter needed to buy clothes and we did not have time to order it online. Otherwise, we would not buy a thing from this store.My daughter said that she will avoid going to this store in the future."
