"If you ask me why retail is dying, I’ll tell you why. Zero customer service or support. Three people working in an empty store doing nothing. If you need help with anything you purchased online, they will not bother for a second to make an effort to help you. “Other stores do not assist customer with their online purchases.” Really? Where? What other stores? So pathetic and does nothing good to the brand. Why would anybody keep three useless people on payroll at 11am on a Tuesday? Have no clue."

The staff are nice too, and the location works for easy access. I bought myself a cute little number for clubbing from here for under $200 that’ll turn every head I encounter."

"Beware the clothes. My mother is a dry cleaner and had to pay a customer who had spent $200 on a jacket bought here because on their first time dry cleaning it, the jacket stained. My mother used to be a clothing manufacturer, and said that the black fringe wouldn't have stainged the white jacket should they have not tried to cut corners with their clothing manufacturer. I've reached out to them to see if they would work out with them and had gotten radio silence."
