"we honestly don’t mind the wait ! we already know this store gets extremely busy especially with walk ins on top of all the delivery’s they be getting. we got lemon pepper , buffalo , mango habanero y bbq boneless wings . employees were really friendly"

"Honestly this a good food place! I went today and the food was 10/10. i’ve read many of the reviews, I just want to comment on the fact that the food takes a long time. People have to understand that Wingstop is a popular place. They have several orders coming left to right from online, door dash, uber eats, etc. and IT IS going to take a whole for the food to cook and get prepped. People are going to have to learn how to be patient! This store has good costumer service and overall it’s great."

"Every single time something is wrong or missing from my order. Unfortunately it’s the closest Wingstop to me, others are 50+ min drive. We order online and pickup in store and we spend another 10 mins checking our bag for wrong items and then another 15 min to get the correct items. Tea dispenser is surrounded by gnats. The soda machine is almost always out of everything no matter what time of day. Our last visit our wings were DRENCHED in oil. Their explanation was “ohh too much sauce” . There hasn’t been a time a where our order was right. Also to add I received an email from district manager Juan who told me to call him and when I did it went to voicemail and I followed up with and email and it’s been several days and still no response. This store needs some serious work based on the amount of terrible reviews."

"So I wanted to give one star only because the food is always so late. Order online reads 20 mins. I show up 40 mins later. Don't get my food for another 20 which is an hour for wings. This is everytime and either the app needs to be fixed or they need to get more workers or fryers. The wings were bomb though and the guy at the store (philipino dude with earing in nose) was real patient and attentive. Even with the angry crowd (due to same issue as me) I would come here again because I like the mango habanero...please fix the ordering process."

"Took 35 minutes for our food to be ready, the place was basically empty. They forgot to put in my order of boneless wings and they served me rotten fries and I found a hair in my food. The fries were black have probably left in water for a while so they turn black and they just fry them and give them out like this. Be careful with this place it isn’t the first time something like this happens."
