"Young Kid named Javier has exceptional customer service! He was very patient & polite! He even would tell us to take our time & if we had any questions he could recommend us some delicious items! "It's Taco Bell, so there's not much to say. I used to be able to get a lot for $5. Staff here is friendly. Good for a quick stop. Drive thru can be pretty long, bad enough that it spills into the street at times. As others have said, there does seem to be a homeless problem."

"The homeless people in this area are really... abundant. I took two stars off because of the loitering outside and because of an employee smoking cigarettes with the homeless people. It was really off-putting. Start to finish, with my transaction, I had a really great experience at this Taco Bell. I judge fast food restaurants on whether if they read my order back to me and give me a total before I get to the window. And this Taco Bell did all of that. If I don't get my order read back to me, I have no confidence that they got the order right. But this place did a really good job. And they were really kind and thorough. The two employees who I spoke with were not only kind but patient and professional. They both seem to bit younger, probably in the early 20s. I really appreciate it how polite they were and how professionally were. The girl at the window made a little chitchat and I really appreciated her kind demeanor. I think that's something that's hard to find in fast food but she was genuinely nice. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a negative two stars, which is not at the fall of the restaurant. But there are a bunch of homeless people loitering outside and I did not want to bring my kids inside. And I took another star off because there was a Taco Bell employee wearing a Taco Bell logo shirt in the parking lot smoking a cigarette, hanging out where a bunch of homeless people had made an encampment in one of the parking spots. I'm not going to lie, that's not somebody I want handling my food. Obviously people can hang out with whoever they want and obviously he's a grown adult who can smoke cigarettes. But doing it so blatantly out in the public of the parking lot of where you work, wearing your work uniform with two people who look like drug addicts, was not a good look for Taco Bell. And I felt bad because it made the two people who were inside being incredibly professional and polite, it made them look bad. And it made Taco Bell look bad. Because if I hadn't seen that guy smoking a cigarette with a bunch of homeless people, or I hadn't seen a bunch of homeless people outside of the restaurant, this would have been an all-around awesome experience. The food was good and consistent. It was probably the best Mexican pizza I've had in a really long time. And they got a Doritos locos taco and it was actually really good. So if you're willing to eat your food elsewhere, and you're willing to look past all of the homeless people near and around this location, then I think you're going to have a really good experience."

"I drove over to this Taco Bell Restaurant on Friday on February 5, 2021 in the afternoon and only the drive to was open. So I ahead to place my order with Margaret she was really nice when Margaret told me to order from the menu board then let her know what Mexican food I want and she said she will be happy to write down my order. I told Margaret I am ready to place my order en the speaker with Margaret yesterday. I ordered 4 Crunchy Supreme Tacos, one order of their new Taco Bell Fries with the Cheese Dip and I received 6 packets of the mild Taco Sauce. My total bill was $11.27. Then I drove up to the pick up window and Jeannette was my cashier. I paid Jeannette in Cash and gave Jeannette a $20.00 bill. Then Jeannette gave me my change and my receipt. Then I drove to my home. Everything I ate like the Crunchy Supreme Tacos and the Nacho fries was delicious!"
