"Went to drive through to be greeted with no response at order speaker, decided to continue forward assuming orders were being taken at the window. Once I arrived at the window I was met with “Chris” the employee at the window and informed him of the situation, in which his response was to close the window and then return to me in 5 minutes and tell me “you didn’t order?” I responded “no” and re explained the situation, he gave me a blank stare and shook his head. I asked if he would like me to go back around and order and again was met with a blank stare and no response. Horrible service!!"

"Would give it 3.5 starts if I could. My most recent order here was an online order. Got in and waited a bit. Service was a bit slow. I have a feeling that the drive-thru was a priority to them, considering I was the only in store customer there when I walked in. Will go again, only once in a while."

"Another bad experience. I tried to do an online order and of course the app doesn't work. You get a message that says "something went wrong we're working on it." When I asked for the same deal over-the-counter the person says no. We can give you a discount but we can't give you the same price. Big problem... All these fast food places have apps and they give you special discounts to use the apps only the apps don't work. There's no customer service for the app. And when you ask for help from the counter person, they tell you we have nothing to do with the app. For me, no more Taco Bell and I'm tired of these apps. Everyone thinks they can run a business using apps and websites now. Well it's totally unacceptable. Customer service is still important. I'm going to another fast food restaurant who appreciates me as a customer."
