"Usually, every In-N-Out Burger gets 5 stars from me. Honestly, I have never had an order done wrong. But today I went in and I ordered a burger for me, and a friend, both of us got fries. My fries were animal style, extra crispy. Nailed it. My friend ordered his burger 4x4 animal style, with an extra onion. I ordered mine the same way, but without lettuce and tomato. By the time I got home, I had mushy lettuce and tomato in mine. The burger was tipped or placed in the box funny, so all the cheese ended up on the box and not an onion in sight. Maybe next time.. still love ya tho."
