"Today I had experienced one of the most humiliating and hurting experiences of my life. Myself, a male presenting person, was wanting to try on some very cute shorts. I was in line, with female presenting people behind me, and I was in the front. As we approached the fitting rooms, the check in person bypassed me and immediately went to the women behind me to get them a room. I stood there in the line for 15 minutes and he never once acknowledged that I was wanting a room. He assumed my gender expression, assumed I wouldn’t be buying anything because it’s a female predominant clothing store, and left me feeling left out and discouraged from exploring my gender expression. Furthermore, there was a signed that stated it was an “All- Gender Fitting Room”. This put a knife in the wound. I recommend this store immediately have a conversation around the interaction with customers and how their treatment of gender translates. Ultimately, a humiliating experience."

"If you’re going to close at 6 instead of 7 on Sunday UPDATE IT ON GOOGLE. Oh my god, I understand there’s a pandemic but if you’re going to flip flop hours randomly, MAKE SURE IT’S WELL KNOWN. Call before going. Whenever I’ve been to this store, customer service has always been its absolute last priority."

"The shop displays the products very creatively and with customers focus. There are shirts, trousers, t-shirts and etc. A big spacious shop for customers to roam and relax for selection of his/her best fitting clothes. The services are efficient and sale personnels are friendly and polite."

"Some cool hipster clothes and nice home goods, but I feel that some of it is overpriced. Good place to go for inspiration though if this is your style! I've had some good service, but a few times there has been staff that seems to be a little too cool for friendliness, which I don't appreciate and I don't get..."

"This is a Urban Outfitters shop with clothes I haven't seen elsewhere. Unlike some Japanese oriented places, the clothes were plenty big enough for my 5'8" American frame. I bought a sweet, soft black and white sweater with slash pockets for under $60 and a fabulous giant red and black print shirt that will go with pretty much anything. I was just killing time before a meeting, but realized I'm not going to find such interesting designs and prints anytime again soon. So, there's a shopping bag in the trunk!"
