"I have been using Fordays for several years. You used to be able to combine your GoBackBags and use the whole total to get stuff. Now you can only spend $20 at a time max. I have been trying to get it figured out bc that takes accessibility away from poorer people like myself that build up with the GoBackBags to spend money on the website. Been over 30 days, company essentially ghosting me the last 2 weeks. They have $200 of mine and wont do anything about it bc they changed their policy. I am a sustainability student, if there is not access for all IT IS NOT SUSTAINABLE then. Changing to $20 makes it privileged and NOT accessible. I would like this resolved but again absolutely no response since the 4th now, not okay. I have had issues before and they do take long to get back, but this is beyond the point that it clearly shows I am being ignored. Please resolve this issue and I will change my review"
