"Some of the staff is really nice, but the owner, who also works there, maybe he is a shift lead, gives off creep vibes. He hovers over other employees, and he stares at customers, making them feel uncomfortable."
"I ordered my food by going through the drive-through. The food and service was good. My order was correct when I did get to the window to pay. I plan to frequent this Jack-N-the-Box."
"The guys at the place are decent and professional/friendly. The two girls working the drive thru, not so much. I'm not sure what the deal is, but they ignore customers at the counter. Basically, throw the order at you with no customer service skills at all in the drive thru. Put the one dude that knows how to handle customers in charge, I bet he turns the place around."
"Much needed management. Waited some time to be helped. Got the order to go. When I got home, I noticed a crack in my cup and leaking. I know whoever made it knew it was there because they tried patching it up with stickers. Last, I found a small fly in one of the tacos."
"Went threw drive through. Wait an hour to receive my order. When I received my meal it wasn't even cooked threw and was cut Pieces and threw in a box. This does not look like chicken strip tenders. Recorded videos of the staff screwing around inside the store and even witness and employee lick The customer shake and put the lid on it and place it to the side to be given to the customer. Gross!"
