"This is my second time to come this restaurant. 1st time, I had waited about 40 minutes until 1st ordered food came out. The waitress said that he was was sorry that he didn't order my order to the kitchen. Today, I waited about 10 minutes before sitting, then waiter told me that I had to wait 20 minutes before I order. I understand that this restaurant is busy and food is delicious, but there are not many servers here. I understand that I had to wait for being seated, but even after sitting, I had to wait another 20 minutes to order food because shortage of server and chef, this is not good for the customers. Many people were waiting then left. Server was noticed this too. The owner needs to hire more servers here then customers would be much happier."

"Sura Korean Restaurant exceeded my expectations. Although I initially visited for ramen, the Bibimbap caught my eye, and I'm thrilled I tried it. The dish, accompanied by a delightful side of soup, tasted as amazing as it looked. The service was impeccable, creating a dining experience that momentarily transported me from California. Sura is a gem, offering not just delicious food but a glimpse into authentic Korean cuisine with a touch of exceptional service."

"We were starving and craving Korean food and found Sura. We arrived at noon, during the week and it took about 8-10 mins to be seated. After we ordered, 35 mins had lapsed to receive our food. The staff apologized so be prepared to wait. When we finally received our order, we dove right in. No conversation and we didn't bother to take any pics. We chose the lunch specials - Galbi and Bulgogi with rice and 3 sides and japchae w/ bulgogi appetizer. The japchae was delicious and my family said it was almost as good as when I made it! The star of the meal was the Galbi, the short ribs were grilled perfectly and the cut was thick. Although the bulgogi was on point too. We'll definitely be returning. 매우 감사합니다"

"We are just visiting the area for a few days but after a long drive from Vegas, we wanted some Korean food. We found Sura just by searching on Yelp. It was close and it was open, so we tried it. So pleasantly surprised! This place has legitimately solid and good Korean food. The pork bulgogi was on point, perfect blend of spicy and the meat was tender. This was the portion offered for the "tofu soup and pot bulgogi" combo - not bad! The galbi was the a la carte order. It's not a huge portion for the price but it was well seasoned, not too sweet (which I hate) and nicely cooked with good charring in few spots. Expensive but prices are high these days and this was good. The tofu soup's flavor was great! For a regular mom and pop joint, I do not expect good soft tofu soup but this base was well done and the portion was more than ample for one person. We also ordered fried dumplings -- and devoured those. They're perfectly fried, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Tastes homemade. One tip to the owners of Sura: INCLUDE THE EGG WITH YOUR TOFU SOUP. Come on... that's a basic ingredient for soontofu soup. Don't skimp on that. If I hadn't already read reviews saying it's not included, I'd have taken issue with this last night. When in the area, check out Sura. Good place! The prices are a bit high — $49.99 for “bossam” is a bit ludicrous — but for most of the other items, it’s not totally overpriced."

"As someone who has never eaten Korean food before this place has set the bar extremely high for me and my partner. The food was AMAZING, the restaurant was very clean, staff SUPER helpful and answered all the questions we had, I didn't know how to properly eat the dish I ordered and the owner was so kind and helpful showing me how to eat it since I've never had it before. My boyfriend now has an addiction to Kimchi, he said the spice levels were perfect. Everything was delicious and very refreshing! We left with overly full stomachs but don't feel sluggish or grossly full. Ice cold drinks inside insulated cups kept the ice cold the whole time, we will be coming back another time for dinner to try the hot pot!"
