"The manager maybe I can forgive she's younger but Saturday night I'm here to do a food delivery and she gave the order to another person without checking that the order was correct So then she tells me it's not her problem someone else took my order The food delivery service said its willing to reimburse the store to reprocess the order but let's all agree 2 other people in the store all agreed with me The manager should remake the order because she made the mistake of handing to a random person Instead I take the loss in pay Not OK, not the ethical choice... hopefully the manager thinks this through Also no one answered their phone from the food service company which I could see the employees weren't going to answer"

"Constantly having issues with barely putting anything on food, missing items, things made wrong. For example, pay extra to make something chicken and then pay for a side of chicken and they didn’t put any chicken on taco and barely anything in the side. This is just one of many examples and they are the worst in the Murrieta/Temecula area."

"You don't feel welcomed here. Even on Drive through. They also have problems to hear you. Providing wrong order and miss parts that you requested. They also don't know what exactly they have in their menus. Employees are rude, serving you with face and talking to you like you owe them a million. Very disappointed."

"I will start with customer view. Yuck. The front of house is a reflection of the back of house. Since I waited forever for an order, I didn't consume, I had time to enjoy the view. Attached are pics of the filthy lobby. Bend over and pick up the trash or at least sweep it up. A hot soapy mop will also help. What was most entertaining to me was the ss 1/8 lid on the floor that approx was walked by, over and sidestepped about 33 times as I sat there. I started counting after I took the lobby pics so I could be off by 3 to 5 employees. The team of at least 9 crewmembers were having a good time. When I was given my order I let the young lady know that there was a trip n fall hazard and approx how many people I watched and video stepping over it. I was just snapping pics at first but decided to change to video. Well good luck with safety and getting a cleaning crew in there."

"Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. I simply asked to substitute the nacho cheese for regular cheese cause it’s to hot for my kids they had up charged it on both burritos & put add cheese, I tried to explain to them how it is normally inputted & two different girls were arguing with me & told me very rudely we can’t do that here! I had to physically pull up to the window to explain to a someone who was competent enough to take my order! After speaking to their manager he simply was able to fix the problem but when I received my food this is what I got."
