"I went to the drive-through on September 7 at 3:30 in the afternoon I ordered 2 cups of plain ice cream no cones with lids. I come here every single day and I pay $5.98 for the same order today the cashier asked me to pay $10 and some cents when I questioned she told me to repeat my order so I did she told me she could not hear me so I talked a little bit louder as this location is on Temecula Parkway and there are cars driving bye She told me I didn’t need to yell at her which I was not yelling at her. I was just trying to talk louder so she could hear what my order is when I told her what my order is and that I didn’t understand why she was charging me more. She told me that she got my order and that she was not stupid. In my opinion this is not how you talk to customers I am simply questioning why I’m getting charged more for something that I come in order every day and it’s a cheaper price again I really felt like the customer service that I received today was below average, and I will never come back to this facility again really hoping that the calling me to the manager would result in her talking to the employee on the right way to talk to a customer"

"How does one rate this place? They have reasonable prices, products that taste good and their service is excellent. Fries are better than most. Their all beef dogs are very good, their standard dogs are adequate, and their polish sandwich is exceptional. The place has no atmosphere to speak of, but who goes there for that? Not health food but a change of pace from burgers and tacos! They do have daily specials that are worth chucking out."

"Biggest fan of wienerschnitzels I've been to about 60 of them different locations. This one was nice and the dogs were delicious. The only problem was Alejandra cashier 1028 was a bit rude and unhelpful. Hopefully this place can correct her attitude. The next time I stop in. She made it unpleasant for me and family."
