"I wish I could give a zero star rating. Not only did our order take over 20 minutes to get to us and spend over $50 to have missing items... this is what I got when I looked at my wings. I was concerned by the look of it so I started to take the skin off and realized that those were indeed FEATHERS still on the FRIED WING. They kept saying someone would get in contact with me regarding the FRIED FEATHERS ON MY WING and no one ever did. I gave them weeks and multiple opportunity to make the situation better but they didn't bother. I still feel sick and uneasy after this whole experience"

"I ordered Korean spicy wings. When I open the container it smells like burned. This is not the first time. The chicken was ok but the sauce was over cooked and doesn't taste as usual. I should check the order before leave the store."

"I was in the area so decided to give Wingstop a try. I did an order to go so I can enjoy at home. I was truly disappointed! First, it cost me $14 for 10 wings that don't even come with one dipping sauce unless you pay an additional charge. Ridiculous. I got the garlic parmesan(supposedly a dry rub) wings that tasted like regular wings without seasonings and when I moved the wings over they are sitting in a pile of grease.. guess that's where the seasonings went. The fries was overcooked and extremely salty which made them inedible and they got tossed as well. Too expensive to be disappointed like this."

"Best wings ever Original Lemon are the besttt….Customer service here is awesome they all greeted me and made me feel welcomed I asked for well done fries and I received exactly what I asked for that another plusssss will definitely be comming back soon Thank you Wingstop for having the best flavor wings. And also the best customer service."

"Not a great experience. My husband loves this place. I do not know why. But even this time he was disappointed. The chicken was okay won't complain there, but the so called wonderful cheese fries tasted like day old soggy fries with a cheese sauce that seemed like they accidently sprinkled a seasoning like cinnamon or something that just didn't belong in cheese sauce. Yuck!!! Then there was the service. I realize you are getting fresh made food here or are you??????? It took 35 minutes to get a few wings and cheese fries!!! And it didn't even taste freshly made!! Not a great meal and this place is not inexpenssive!!!! Bummer!!!"
