"I love the product but am very disappointed in the customer service. It’s really frustrating because it is driving away loyal customers to other brands. What’s the sense of sending online adverts to customers when orders cannot be fulfilled and customer service says that they are too busy to service customers??? That is the exact situation. When I called the Ventura store told me it’s messy because they are moving their warehouse. I had an order a few weeks ago (paid online) and never received the product. I would have had significant purchases these last weeks but had a 1 star customer service experience so I bought nothing as a result. Poor business management ☹️"

"Quality goods, poor management and customer service. Instead of letting me know the belt I ordered was out of stock, they just sent me the wrong size. It took over a month to arrive from when I ordered it. It also looks scuffed up up on arrival."

"I loved this store in person and so did my son who recently moved to CA. However, I ordered a Christmas present for him on Oct. 22 and it's now Nov. 24 and I have yet to receive my item. My payment went through and when I inquired about the order status I received an auto reply saying something to the effect of .....you know we moved and we are sure your order will be out of the door soon. That was 3 weeks ago. Iron & Resin needs to work on their customer service move or no move. If I don't receive a reply soon my next step I suppose is the BBB. "This is my husband’s favorite store. They have high quality clothes and accessories for both men and women. If you’re into motorcycles, it’s a store for you. It has a cool vibe and look to it, so it’s always interesting to walk around there. The back of the store also takes you to a great coffee spot in the alley with outdoor seating, where we love hanging out and working at when it’s nice outside."

Whether it be motorcycle riding, camping, surfing, or just a nice outfit to have that shows a true grit of your character. This be the place. Their clothes are the definition of modern Americana. Rugged but chic. Rustic yet cool. You can't go wrong looking like something that rode straight out of a Jack London novel or Peter Fonda film. The clothes are not cheap, but are worth every penny put in. These clothes are meant TO LAST, and they will. I still have some clothing that has endured a decade and only look cooler as they age. They also sell an assortment of gear meant for living outside. Knives? yes. Sunglasses? Yes. Drinking utensils? Yes. Bandanas? Of course. If you haven't given this store a try, it's about time you did."
