"Wow, can’t believe this. Disgusting, I nearly barfed at the sight of finding a hair wedge in my quesadilla. I don’t believe they follow proper food handling (ie: hairnets). I have filled a complaint with the city as similar instances have occurred at this location."
"This new concept of Taco Bell is ridiculous. Many elderly people are left to ordering on a screen with absolutely no one to help them struggle through their order. You are no longer able to order with a worker only ok screens. Also restrooms you need an employee to open up. Restaurant wasn’t busy and still took them close to 10 min to acknowledge customers waiting for service."
"Staff don't like to work at night so they forcefully make the customers wait an hour just for their meal. This location needs a Management change. Share post to change management. Current update: nice to see that they brought out their manager to take over and try to fix the situation but then a week later manager goes away and everything goes back to How it was."
"They’ve messed up the order way too many times. They added meat to my to a bean Crunchwrap (for a vegan friend). They gave us bottled water instead of the soft drinks we ordered. The crunch wrap looks stale and it tastes stale. I dint even know if it’s sanitary. It looks like they don’t clean their grills at all. There’s residue all over the Crunchwrap and what seems like dust balls."
