"The graveyard team is lazy! Went for lunch at 3am being that im a graveyard employee near by and no sign of anyone. No one to take an order not even at the window. I was saying hello and nothing. I clearly heard a lady say in spanish someone was at the window and still no one came up to take my order. With two employee trucks there not one can take an order? Just plain laziness this place sucks!"

"Went in today 2/04/24 3 female employees talking in group, we stood at the register and non of them greeted at all, about a minute later past we just began ordering, when we got the total I assumed it was quite high after my wife payed I asked for the receipt and yup they got the order wrong, 50/50 fault. Refund went quite confusing. As we waited for our food a female customer entered with a paper bag (jack) employees again talking about schedule in a group looking down on the lady not one greeted till customer quite a bit eager began to ask her concerns / our food sat behind the register almost 5 minutes then was given (almost cold).. they got into an altercation with the lady,,, never again we will return customer service always comes before anything in business"

"Jesus loves you!!! This must be under new management!!! This Jack in the Box location is clean 99% of the time that we go. Staff is friendly and the food is the best so far compared to other Jack in the Box locations. This is my go to location or I don't really want to go."

"Went through drive thru late nite. I asked for fries without salt which means they should be fresh because they salt their fries automatically after making them. The fries came up at the pickup window very quickly. They didn't have time to make fresh fries. They tried to pull a trick by placing an order of salted fries back through the frier to attempt to remove the salt. This only makes the fries extra greasy and hard, plus some salt stays on the fries. I called them on their deception and asked for new fries. I had to pull off into the parking lot and wait 10 minutes for the fries. There was no manager on duty to complain about the bad service."

"The only reason I came to this place was to try out their cheesecake while my tire was getting repaired across the shop. Honestly this place looks run down no vibe and whatever, the cheesecake that I had many years ago had a way better taste, I don’t know if this cheesecake was expired or close to being expired. It did not even taste good for the price I paid. This taste does not EVEN come close to the cheesecakes they sell at Costco. Jack in the box has lost its value in customer service. Another typical fast food company that wants more quantities than quality."
