"The fact you cant even get good service or attentive employees these days is sad. Aside from waiting a “6 minute wait” which resulted to actually being 15 mins which is no big deal they forget to add side items and straws. How hard is it to fulfill a order you just made a couple minutes ago. WILLIAM is useless and should be fired."
"Ordered one classic chicken sandwich. I was billed three separate times on my card, which I noticed after I left while checking transactions. I called the store and was told to come back. I drove back. They took a picture of my online account transactions and the receipt. They said they would call me the next day. They did not. I called customer service and was told the issue would be directed to someone to handle it and they would contact me. Never heard from them. I will be calling them again. I wonder how many times they do this to customers who never notice? The chicken sandwich is always great."
