"Service was okay but my food arrived Cold. I eat breakfast every day at IHOP. All over los angeles and orange county. My pancakes were iced cold. My sausage was cold and my eggs weren't even warm, Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this one"

And to top it all off, they were not even busy I seen the AM manager More worried about going in and out of the kitchen instead of attending her tables she was on her personal phone very rude not a people person not sure why she works in customer service!! I did feel ignored because I am a Mexican woman!! But never again I will not give this place the time of day. They for sure need to update the employees terrible service"

"I usually go here on my days off everything was good .today i got seated first and then other families. I waited 25 minutes and no one offered us nothing to drink. They offered the other families the drinks so I just had walked out really bad service with everything."

"I usually come here with my family every week every Friday for breakfast. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. Food usually does not take long whatsoever to arrive at the table as well. Very delicious food. However, this location, for the time we always go, (Friday morning waitresses), are always bland, lifeless, smile-less, chat-less, and just overall dry, emotionless. They do not help with the receipts and payments, they do not help with refilling drinks even if the cup is left empty on the side of the table to be left seen, to other simple things like leaving a straw for the drink, which they never do. They never chat with us, smile with us, or laugh with us, they just stare at us as they wait for us to ask for what we need or would like to order. They then just take the menus and leave. Love the food, however the service for Friday morning is always emotionless. No smiles anywhere, no laughs, no nothing. Just emotionless waitresses."

"Went in on a Wednesday morning very quaint and quiet. It’s not one of the bigger iHops which was perfect for me. Server was a bit rude when taking our order because we thought she was ready to ask for the next persons order but other than that everything was pleasant."
