"Everytime I order from this location I have an issue. Tonight, I ordered from the app, they were out of provolone cheese for our meatball sandwiches. They offered American, pepper jack, Monterey cheddar or mozzarella. Well on a meatball the only other choice that will taste good is mozzarella so we chose that, then I was told I couldn’t have that cheese because it is an upgrade and because I already paid online they had no way to ring in the difference. Upset because their lack of inventory and the cheese we wanted is not my problem I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold then the same girl came back and said no problem. Thinking this was settled because I know I would not receive a partial refund if I said no cheese I assumed in this case they allowed the sub of mozzarella…my husband arrived and they charged him $2.10 per sandwich to use mozzarella as a substitute since they were sold out of provolone. Having to pay almost $5 to add cheese to 2 sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous. Upon emailing customer service, the owner sends me a “personalized” reply that addressed an issue that had nothing to do with my complaint. Way to pay attention to detail and your customers. I was hoping the sandwiches would atleast taste like $13 meatball sandwiches but they were dry, overly toasted and not worth the price."

"I came in at about noon during the lunchtime rush. I could tell that the staff was getting mobile orders, trying to keep up with the in-store customers, and keep everything stocked. I want to recognize Brianne for being extremely efficient and kind during a rush and maintaining her professionalism, even when her colleague was being unkind to her. Major props to Brianne, who made sure to greet me, tell me to have a nice day, and listened carefully to what I wanted. Whatever you’re paying that girl isn’t enough!"

We order via the subway app NON of the sandwiches came out right, called spoke to the manager she replaced yes but after receiving them again for the second time once again after picking them up the 2 of the sandwiches had nothing but mayonnaise soup almost. I really would like to know what kinda chic cant even make a sandwich?"

"this place is a joke can you believe if they want to charge me more for something I'm already paying for. I normally get spinach wraps the oven roasted chicken spinach wrap to be exact. And this is the second time they sell me a spinach wrap with only one strip of chicken when I know it comes with two !!!!!!! When I called her out on that she walked away rolled her eyes and went to the bathroom !!!!"
