"Came here yesterday as it was highly recommended. Tacos were tasteless. Chicken was dry. Had to cover them in green sauce just to get some flavour. Might be having an off day but I won't be returning and time soon"
"My wife and I go here fairly often. Unfortunately today for the first time we had an issue. Very very and I mean very rude lady while ordering in the drive thru. I didn't get her name but she's the older latina lady with blonde hair. She kept talking over me multiple times. My wife and I were startled at her unprofessionalism. To take matters worse I didn't get everything I ordered.."
"I love that El Pollo allows anyone to get their kids meal. I always get the 2 legs( no substitute) a side and a drink for less than $10. You can't beat it. Great location food was hot and fresh and came put quick. I'm almost sure I got a regular size cup instead of a kids size plus I got chips . Again good deal. Plenty of parking."
"It's been ten years since I last had El Pollo Loco and I am thinking I will not have it again! First the chicken is like a Cornish hen size, then the cashier don't bother asking what you want and just sticks everything on the order! What a disappointment!"
