"I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the meal I received on Monday, March 4th as a pickup order. I ordered the shrimp scampi, hoping to satisfy a craving I had for it, but it turned out to be flavorless, dry, and unappetizing. The dish looked nothing like what I had enjoyed in the past; in fact, it resembled something akin to instant noodles upon opening. Additionally, the accompanying ravioli was overcooked and charred, making it unpleasant to eat. Overall, it was a complete waste of money."

"My family gathered for an observance of my brother's birthday and the first year anniversary of my mother's passing. As we crossed the parking lot toward the restaurant someone had the door open to welcome us. We were met at the entrance by Z. This amazing host kept me informed of the table set up progress for our group and even retrieved my husband's hat from the lobby where he'd dropped it. Our servers Sheena J and Ireland (?) graciously took our picture and also provided plates, napkins, and forks for our birthday cake. I cannot express my gratitude for the hospitality we enjoy on such a significant day in our family. God bless you!"

"My mother-in-law, my two teen children, and I had lunch today Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Olive Garden in Temecula. This was our first time eating at this location. We had the best service! Our waitress, Ashley, was awesome!!! She was very kind, helpful, patient, and accommodating, especially to my two teen children who both are on the Autism Spectrum and have special needs. Ashley and the rest of the staff gave us excellent service today. Our lunch was very memorable. We will definitely be returning soon, especially to ask for Ashley as our waitress."

"We had a great time here. As Europeans we heard a lot about it so we wanted to try it. The food was good although a bit different then "traditional" Italian. The ziti as starter was really good and we can highly recommend it. The lasagne was ok not that special but its a big portion so beware or take the leftovers home with you."
