"I was told that I couldn’t receive a military discount on a combo meal. This location is right outside of marine Corp base Camp Pendleton. All of the other locations support the troops. After o received my food, I checked the bag to make sure I had all of my items, and the cashier kept repeating thank you, thank you, thank you, as in hurry up and drive off. Please give me a chance to ensure I have all of my items. She was very rude. I prefer to have communications with the AI at the window than the rude woman in person. I will not be returning. Beware"
"The new A.I ordering system that Carls Jr. decided to add is way to much of a pain in the A$$, can't get the orders correct. They need to re program and fix the glitches in the system before they do anything. Literally took over 25min in drive thru line only for 2 cars!"
