"There may be times people are indecisive on where they should grab food but not me. When I’m hungry, I come to Carls Jr. on canyon crest. Not only because the food is always hot and fresh but it’s because of the staff. I have grown so fond of the manager Carlos and staff Priscilla and Aaron. All of the staff there is so friendly and make me feel so welcome. It got to the point they even remember my jalapeños and buttermilk ranch that I love with my food. If they see my food to go Carlos is right there with the bag ready for me. I appreciate all of them so much. Now time to grub on these yummy fish sandwiches and fries."

"Great accessible parking . The distance between the parking and restaurant isn't far and it's perfect for a quick bite to eat. Not so full and it's very quiet . I think it's a great spot for eating , relaxing and enjoying your meal . Having coffee and dessert would be enjoyable too. Even a checking emails and doing homework in a group . There's more than enough room and quiet enough to study . Having the ability to buy food as you study is pretty awesome too."

"I would’ve had a picture of my food but I smothered it down. If you are tired of fast food giving you cold food, then this is the place to go. I love Carl’s Jr. because not only is their food always hot and delicious, their service is great. The manager Carlos is so nice and so helpful along with some of the staff I have come to know. I became a regular here since I started doing my schoolwork online. It wasn’t only because I needed a place that had good food and nice staff, it was because I also needed somewhere clean and quiet. Since I need it to be clean and quiet for me to focus on my schoolwork, this has become the perfect spot. Doesn’t matter if I come by in the morning or the evenings, all the staff does a great job. I even seen one of the staff cleaning the lamps. Most people miss the details to cleanliness but not here. This place is also big enough that even with people there we aren’t all right next to each other so we can breathe and have a good time. Thank you Carlos and staff. See you tomorrow!"

"Carlos, I believe you are the branch manager. I ordered a kids meal a few minutesago, however Amanda messed up the order and was completely confused. My child is allergic to cheese, I requested that there be no cheese in the burger. My daughter starter having a reaction after having a bite. I returned and asked to speak with her, but she gave me a big time attitude turned her back on me. What a hek!! I recorded the entire thing and would like to see how you handle this crab!!"

"My husband bought me a famous star, I was almost done eating when the last bite had a piece of metal wire(could have been from the skillet brush used to clean the grill idk). The staff needs to be vigilant to make sure no metal residue is left so this doesn’t happen again. I’m pregnant and imagine if I would have swallowed it and hurt my baby. This would have been a whole different conversation. Do better."
