"Cold. Overcooked - fries hard and cold. Won't order again. There was no sauce on the wings. The first order was never delivered and grub hub had to resend. So disappointing!!"

"Arrived a few minutes late for picking up my order so I thought it would be ready... wrong she started preparing my order while I waited finally get my order go back to work and open the container it's 11 half covered fried chicken nuggets there was more sauce on the fries than the wings...fries we're cold soggy and extremely salty no heat to the mango habanero sauce.. actually the pineapple teriyaki had more flavor...guess there's a reason why you pay the difference at B-Dubs and Wingstop"

"Its Just Wings is TAKE OUT ONLY. You must order it from the itsjustwings website. and the pickup will be at the Chilis To-Go pickup area. The wings here are the best value for wings compared to others, like buffalo wild wings, wingstop, etc. You get more wings for your $ spent, PLUS curly fries with all wings orders. The wings are amazing if done right. Now here is where i take off 3 stars. No matter what flavor of wings you order. You will roll the dice on how well they are sauced. My personal favorite is the "Cilantro Jalapeno" wing flavor. but about half the times i get them barely have any sauce on them. the wings are just dry and flavorless. but once in awhile you do get the happy chef who actually prepares the wings in alot of sauce. and when that happens. the wings are 5*. In other words, Hit or miss."

I ordered Lemon Pepper and Mild wings, this is what showed up at my door and this is not the first BAD experience, I've had cold wings and fries as well in the past. When I called to ask to remake and volunteered to pick up they denied. I'm disgusted with this place and will NEVER order here again !!!!!! "IT'S JUST BURNT WINGS""

"Door dashed some wings tonight for the first time from It's Just Wings and I am very happy with the decision. 22 wings and curly fries for $16. Can't beat that! Annnnnd I personally think the garlic pameresean wings are way better than wing stop. Way less grease on the ones from It's Just Wings. The curly fries are super yummy too! 10/10"
