"Today 2/8/2024 @1:35pm the young girl with the LA tattoo on her neck is always dismissive, doesn’t fully listen, n got my order wrong again. She tells you the total, gets the payment, gives you your card back along with your food, n asks if you want ketchup. When you reply yes and add other immenities she disregards your requests. 2 visits in a row. Better customer service would be appreciated or put someone at the drive thru window who can act like they want to be there n are more friendly."

"I ordered the breakfast rollers n hashbrown sticks. Luckily i was really hungry because i would have threw up or go back n complain. I understand the whole fast food concept. But they should have took another minute or two to heat up my food. They were barely warm enough to eat."

"New employee wouldn't let us walk thru the drivethru and it was just after 10. So I didn't get my Del Taco at all. He said even if I order online. I still couldn't get thru drivethru on foot. So they refused to serve me then is how I took it."

"This Del Taco is the best one I've been to within the vicinity. Food tastes fresh, and my order is accurate, probably thanks to the new AI drive-thru speaker box! This is the first fast food location that I've experienced a robot taking my order. I loved it! The AI is accurate and even was able to change part of my order that I forgot to mention the first time. I can definitely get used to this. Service is fast, customer service is great, order-box-3000 is accurate, I'll go out of my way to this Del Taco because of these reasons."
