"One of the employees on hand doesn't understand the two for seven classic burrito mix and match. The employee tried to charge me, as if I was getting 2 of each burrito, instead of one of each. They argued what two for seven meant incorrectly. What the break down in training and communication was became evident, when I looked at the receipt with the charges added, then removed, where you can clearly see the burritos time two. I wonder how many customers order two burritos and pay for four, instead of canceling their order, like I did. It's in a Shell station, with only outside seating, so no dine in, which is not ideal with the majority hot weather. The service was a little slow, but one employee later at night, it's whatever. The chocolate shake was fine and as expected. I know it's not Del Taco's fault, I hadn't been able to eat dinner and really needed a meal, health wise, but it made the situation that much worse."

"Drive thru speaker was rude as heck and sounded like a female voice. The dude that gave me my food at the window was nice but she was the meanest person I’ve ever met working customer service. Said “K” a lot too like I was interrupting her. Overall bad person to speak to customers. Probably won’t come back and drive further from my house to go to another location."
