"I was just there to get take-out Taco Supremes. Neither taco had any creama on the tacos. Hopefully they will close their doors soon, CA doesn’t need this POS serving residents. They are right-up there with the thieves, drug addicts, and politicians"

"The beans are dry and asked for no onion. Came home will onions in my burrito. Got a Mexican pizza and there was a piece of a plastic glove inside. If you are craving a blast Baja blast freeze you better just pass this location. The freeze machine has been down for the past 6 months."

"Ordered and paid by phone. After arriving we found the doors locked but we were able to pick up at the drive thru. When i asked for extra 'hot sauce' i was told that the completed order was in the bags and that would be all i was receiving. We ordered over 40 tacos and got only 18 paks of hot sauce. My experience could certainly have been better. We did enjoy the food though, it was good!"

"UPDATE: I constantly give them the “benefit of the doubt,” but yet they continue succeed to provide terrible service. Hard tacos with no meat at all. I did not even ask for a vegan hard taco. They very much lack to keep certain items stocked as well. Management needs to get it together at this location or just have another Del Taco replace this Taco Bell due to its horrible service. Good grief."

"Used Mobile app to order food at to have it picked up at 1:30. Went and there was no one in line but they were "very busy" there was no one in the drive thru nor the check in line inside. The girl brought my food that they made when I put in the order. It was sitting out for two hours and the drinks were sweating from condensation and flat. I told her the pick up was for 1:30 she said they could put it in the heat rack for 10 minutes. I was very bothered they did not offer to make me a fresh batch but at the moment I needed to go since I am on a timed lunch. I opened the bag to find soft flimsy crunch tacos and soft tacos that were soggy. She even said they were ready to throw it away. But did not bother to offer fresh ones knowing they had been there for a while. Very disappointed and called customer service to file a complaint. I'll make sure if I order food in person"
