"First the food is overpriced and the quality has went from hero to zero. The strips are so thin they are more crust than chicken. My strips were barely even warm. They were also dry. They used to have the best gravy bar none. My gravy was so watered down it had no flavor. So I exchanged my 2nd mash potatoes for Cole slaw it was also watered down no flavor. Seems like to save money and keep profits they are sacrificing the quality of their food. For what their food cost sorry Popeyes I expect way more. Popeyes is now officially off my list of places to eat. Not the first time my chicken was barley warm. But there gravy is what kept me going back. Now that's water. Bye Popeyes so done. Canes is way better for the money!"
