"Today about 2-3pm, one of your employees, African American young female wearing your t-shirts, on her break, walked to Smart time food store and tried cutting in front of the line..with other customers standing there...to buy liquor...and started screaming profanities and racial slurs at the old lady cashier..because she went in order of the line and didn't check her out right away...stood there still cussing and berating the cashier til she was helped then bumped an older man while storming out. The cashier had to apologize to whole store full...figured you should know who you are employing ..wearing your logo t-shirt...treating older people with no regard..cussing and being racist yelling in public..buying liquor and walking back to establishment...never had anything like that happen at smart time in the 5 years I've lived in grand terrace..."

"Karena took our order. She was so helpful. We had never had someone explain to us about other flavors. We usually just get our usual meals but because of her we decided to try some new flavors. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! We love it here. Everyone here is always so nice. And out orders always comes out so good! Thank Karena for being so kind taking our orders."

"Pretty decent Wing stop. Food is pretty good. Taking away a star because the order gave me an estimated time of when the food would be ready. I waited an extra 10 minutes from the latest ready time. I come in and It’s not ready. Not big deal. Another 5 minutes is what they’re telling me so it’s okay. I wait almost 10 and I come in and they tell me another 5-10. I wouldn’t have minded waiting longer the first time if told or if the estimated pick up time gave a better estimate. Then again, for the most part, it usually always takes longer at wing stop when I get anything from here than what is said. Also, the second time I came in they helped a customer that was behind me despite me being there first. Other than that, good customer service. They were friendly. And pretty decent and hot food."

"The service is great the food…. Well the fries look interesting. This is the second time I’ve been here with my daughter. Hoping and expecting more. My daughter expected a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and more than 3 pickles it was ok. But the fries looked like we got the bottom of the fry basket leftovers."
