"Lacking in customer service skills. I spend a lot of money in this place and lately my orders have been messed up! I called finally being activated at my orders being wrong lately to get my order replaced was told that to just come back later. This morning I come in three days after the fact and the drive thru lady Stacy had the worst attitude! Mind you I have probably seen this girl 3 times in the last two weeks with orders all together being around $120. Has the worse attitude because I didn’t think about had my receipt. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone never said I needed my receipt also I guess he never wrote it in their book. But seriously all that attitude for a $10 sandwich that they messed up on to begin with?!? I will not be coming back ."

"Excellent burger and fries, good value. Ordered via Doordash. The food arrived warm and tasty. The burgers were better than in and out - very tasty and the sauce was excellent. Came with a bunch of seasoned fries, which were also excellent, and two chicken tenders about the size of a regular chicken breast - really too much food for one person! I can't speak to customer service as I didn't interact with any store personnel but I'll definitely be ordering the burgers again in the future."

"it used to be so good and fresh, now i spend almost $18 on a combo and i have gotten REFRIED fries about 5 times…. if i decide to go back, could you just not give them to me. just say you’re out. i’ll buy a bag of chips"
