"Usually the food is good but not this time. My hashbrown tasted like it was old and refried a few times. It was so greasy that it came out of the paper pocket in the bag and soiled bottom of the larger paper bag so much that I have a grease stain on my car seat."

"I don't usually go here during the because of how busy they get, plus it's just hot even in the winter for me...but any time im there after midnight, the food always taste better...(especially after a sesh). The customer service is on point. Night staff, you guys rock!"

"Egg rolls are my thing here but today I was disappointed not only were they not fresh they tasted like they were sitting for awhile, usually I have to wait for it to cool down because I burn my mouth which is how I like it, but not today. My loaded breakfast sandwich tasted old, the eggs were rubbery, my Coke was a diet. Overall not your best day Jack! The worst part is getting home sit down to enjoy your meal and it is not the business. Too far to drive back. Smh do better Jack. I still love you guys, maybe I should try a different location. We’ll try again tomorrow."

"Went through drive through and ordered a jumbo jack and fries, on the display of my order they had put a jr burger so when I got to the window I told them that I ordered a jumbo jack not a jr. burger so they changed the order and charged me for jumbo jack. When I got my order I went and parked just to make sure the order was right and what I found was that they gave me the jr. Burger wrapped in a Jumbo Jack wrapper. So I went in and all they said that sorry for the mistake and gave me the right one. Check your orders before you leave"

"Went to try the new 'Cheddar Loaded Cheeseburger'... what a mistake !! Was put on a jumbo jack bun... "ran out of the Cheddar buns", no tomato.... "we ran out of tomatoes" and put on the tiny hamburger patties... no excuse !! Oh... and the fries were cold and hard !! The worst Jack in the Box we have ever been too !!"
