Del Taco

"Ok...I should have just remembered my last Del Taco breakfast experience and kept on driving but I was hungry and it's close to my house...To sum it up quicky, I feel like I should have just thrown my $12 in the trash the "bacon,egg and cheese BURRITO was the saddest portrayal of a burrito the hash browns were old and cold and the donut bites tasted like they had salt and pepper on them along with the puddle of grease that dripped out of them..What the hell happened to QUALITY as well as quantity...$12 wasted again....MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING!!!! please, this is absolutely ridiculous"

"I went someday last week and I ordered the fresh guacamole burrito. And I found this thing inside it ?!! It seems to be a piece of burned meat surrounded with a dirty oil from the grill. Or a leftover piece of meat that was stuck on the grill surface. They need to pay more attention to the cleaning process and be more professional and careful with their work. I give customer service 5 stars. Food always was good at this location , but I guess not today. Thanks."

"In all honesty, I feel like this can apply to, really, any Del Taco locations because these days, its either a hit or miss situation. Either it's going to taste great or it's going to taste undercooked with a horrible ingredient combination, or hardly made with ingredients . Most items on the meno, just don't even taste like they should be making it, much less selling it. For example, the tortas? They are the worst. I mean have the uppers in charge ever even tasted one? Not like a real torta whatsoever. I just don't understand what they're thinking. And the funnel fries is ordered? A complete disappointment! They were soggy, limp and flavorless. Never again. Even with coupons, nothing can lure back in. I dk if it's the cooks, or the recipes themselves. Whatever the deal is, they need to get it right or they won't be in the fast food rat race for much like longer."

"I went the other day on 6/4/23. Ordered ahead and went through the drive through prior to going to work across town. I ordered 2 classic chicken burritos in a bowl. I got to work and when I had a moment to actually eat it opened it and realized there was no chicken. Very disappointed. I’m use to getting the wrong order at this location but I paid for pure lettuce."

"The customer service is horrible and the food is never fresh. I have always preferred del taco fries over any other local fast food, but this deal taco always serves me cold, burnt fries, with black burnt char pieces on it (that’s NOT pepper in the picture). Del Taco, please tell me, do these fries look fresh to you? Also, staff refused to give me a refund when I presented the fries to them and just offered more cold, burnt fries seasoned with black char instead. Thanks, Del Taco, will definitely not be returning."
