"It is rare to find chain locations of any company that feel like a mom and pop. Big O in Folsom has been the main place I go to get tires and maintenance since I moved to the Sac area. Though it's now half an hour away from my current home, I still make sure to go there. They are always friendly, take care of my issues and never take advantage. Excellent work Big O!"
