"Got 8 pc tender meal with extra side and everything was cold by the time I got home which took about 5 minutes if that. Mash potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, chicken and Mac and cheese all cold."

"Everyone there hates there job don’t even smile when u come in and have absolutely no patience when it come to taking orders. I think they forget they chose to work in a customer service environment and without us they wouldn’t have a job. Their food tastes like old burn oil don’t not recommend at all"

"I went through the drive thru and was told it would take 11 minutes for a pot pie and they would bring it out to me. I waited and no one came out. I finally went inside. Four employees looked up at me and none offered to help. Finally I was asked what I needed. Still had to wait for my order. I asked for a receipt as I never received one that was an issue. Customer service is beyond horrible. Will not be back."

"If you get the famous bowl just know you are only paying for mashed potatoes and corn, they only put 3 smalls pieces of chicken in the bowl and by the time I noticed I was already to far. If your gonna increase the prices on items ensure the customers get what they pay for."

"I understand that there is a shortage of staff, so I forgive them for getting my order totally wrong and forgetting to give me my complete order even though I had to go back through the drive thru to get it straight, but I don't forgive bad food. I paid full price for what was supposed to be good food and I got old re-cooked wings that are hard as a rock and not edible and 11 spoons. I only order food for 2 people not 11...smh. Then there is cross contamination because there is cheese in my cold slaw. I'm so mad right now. I spent $26 for garbage!"
