"I am a big fan of canes but recently standards have gone down. It is very disappointing to write this but I must as an attempt to fix current problems going on. My main concern is how the lemonade has not been hitting the same, recently it doesn’t even taste like lemonade just pure water. It’s so disappointing truly. I want to taste the sweet, fresh, coldness of it and it’s like there’s nothing there. Another concern is the fries, for a moment I thought it was in my head but looking back at all the recent times that I’ve ate canes the portion size of the fries has most definitely decreased. Lastly the service don’t get me wrong it’s great but there have been times where I ask for extra canes sauce and they don’t add it, it’s truly heart crushing when I get the sandwich combo and I don’t get my extra canes sauce for my fries after I ordered it. Nevertheless I will continue going because it smacks but the lemonade problem must be fixed asap because it is so good and I miss it."

"Cane’s is still pretty good, but over time the value has really gone downhill. The chicken strips are smaller, they give less fries, and the price has gone up quite a bit. The changes are really disappointing, so even though I like it, I’m just gonna go less often."
