"Living in SF for a decade, my favorite urban delight—brunch time—has sadly taken a hit during and after the pandemic. What disappoints me the most is the unfortunate combination of rising prices and a decline in aesthetic appeal across various brunch spots. Enter MyMy Coffee shop. The moment I heard about it, my excitement reached new heights, prompting me to visit the very next day. As the first customer at 9 am, I couldn't wait to explore the unique and now rare local SF brunch scene. The café exudes a delightful mid-century style, adorned with artistic touches that perfectly capture the essence of SF downtown. The staff welcomed me warmly, and I swiftly placed an order for French Toast and Baja Benedict, if memory serves me right. To my delight, the food presentation surpassed all expectations. Delicate fruits and sugar powders adorned Delft-style ceramic dishes, leaving me stunned. The flavors were impeccably balanced and remarkably fresh. The French Toast, priced at just $20, came on a charming Delft-style plate that seemed like a steal. Throughout the brunch, the sunlight bathed our table, creating an atmosphere that made me feel blessed and content—capturing the essence of my ideal local brunch experience. Highly recommended!"

"Crab and shrimp cake lemony dill benedict was flavorful but I felt the crab cakes were a little fishy and mealy. The lemon dill sauce was delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly. I was a little annoyed that nothing came out hot - it was all a little tepid. The outdoor seating needs a heater!"

"At MyMy, it’s crucial to consider the crowd; long lines are common, so be prepared for a wait. You can enjoy both inside and outside, in curious street-side cubicles for dining. The service was decent, and their diverse brunch menu stands out for the aesthetically pleasing and well-crafted presentation of their dishes. On this day, we ordered a pistachio latte and a red velvet latte. Both were very good, although the red velvet didn’t particularly excel in terms of flavor, though it was enjoyable. We also ordered Another Club Sandwich, Challah Bread French toast, Home Fries, and Baja California Benedict. The food was pleasant, but unfortunately, I experienced stomach issues afterward. I’m unsure if something from their menu disagreed with me. Despite this health setback, I can still recommend it. It’s worth noting that this place is quite expensive; it was one of the priciest brunches we had during our days in San Francisco. However, I genuinely don’t think it’s worth paying so much, despite the good food. I found their prices to be excessively high."

"The brunch here is excellent and there’s a reason why there’s a line to get in. Thankfully they work quickly and my food came out incredibly fast, so it’s worth the wait. I ordered a crab cake benny which was delicious. The only minor critique would be that the cake did not have much texture, so the entire plate was quite soft, but the flavor was totally on point. It was served on a piece of toast instead of an English muffin, which was a good choice to keep the dish feeling relatively light. I ordered it with a salad, which was well dressed and flavorful. Overall it was a very solid brunch at Mymy and I will definitely come back next time I’m in SF!"
