"Worst chipotle I have ever visited. Surprised to see half of the already less ingredients in the shop, not clean, worst customer service. No corn no veggies but the price is same. Waste of money and time for me. As a regular customer of chipotle I have to find an alternative to it as we moved recently to Eastvale. I don’t see that place is going to be any better."
"Your prepare is rude. May have not graduated from elementary. Had to repeat my order 3 times at every step. I asked for 2 barrbaco burritos, and added a bowl after. He made 1 of each, and was bent out of shape because I asked for another burrito. Gave the cashier the wrong order. He only had white rice, and asked which rice I wanted. I said brown and he said oh we are out, which is dumb since your store closes at 11 pm. As we where paying the brown rice came out. My son even saw him making gesture at my expense. I like your store, but with these services I am just go to a go to another place with better customer service."
"This location has gone downhill! And it's sad to see. I came in this evening around 7:00 pm, and they were out of chicken. Apparently, the customer ahead of me had also been waiting while they cooked up more chicken. I would think that someone would notice that the supply was low and began preparing more. Especially since the restaurant is scheduled to be open until 11:00pm - another 4 hours!! I finally got my food and noticed that the food prep area was messy (my photo was too blurry to post). Unfortunately, right in front of the register was a large puddle of water. Apparently, the employees did not feel the need to clean up the water/safety hazard, but they did place a yellow hazard sign at one end of the puddle. There was another large water puddle (with a yellow sign) in front of the soda machine. Two large water puddles should definitely be a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Two of the four lemonade/ Agua Fresca dispensers were completely empty, and the remaining two were almost out as well. I guess these specialty drinks aren't refilled very often. While getting napkins from the dispenser and I noticed that the napkins are from the BeaverTails (Queues de Castor) restaurant (based in CANADA)! l'm not sure why the napkin dispenser would be filled with napkins from another restaurant, but sadly, a lot appears to be wrong with this location. Hopefully, it will turn around sooner than later. I wouldn't recommend this location at this point."
"I was extremely disappointed in the attitude I was given while being served if you don’t like your job don’t work with people no one likes their food being served with a bad attitude might not return please do better asked for half black half pinto beans and got little to none of either"
"It was our first time at this location and definitely will be our last. Place looks so unsanitary and the staff could be more accommodating. The food looked like it had been sitting there for some time and I even had the audacity to ask for fresh meat haha. I was willing to wait and they said, “This is all we have”; as customers flooded in behind me. There was dirt and food on the counter and floor. Didn’t look like the employees mopped or picked up much. After everything was all said and done, I asked for a cup for water, two to be specific, and the young girl said she’d bring them to us. After waiting a couple minutes nothing was brought to us. So I got up and asked for the cups and their response was that they didn’t have any, as a young girl from behind the counter was taking out a fresh pack of cups out from the plastic wrapping. They didn’t offer an alternative, which I would have expected as a customer. I would have originally purchased a fountain drink, but we didn’t since we don’t drink soda. Otherwise, I would have purchased a cup upon given that information when ordering, but we had already begun eating and the line was to the door. To upper management, this falls on you. These issues come from up top and should be rectified and lead by example. The cup of water issue is minute compared to the condition of this location. I was disgusted and disappointed with the conditions of the food and the facility. I hope this comment reaches Corporate and helps bring some solutions to the staff, the store and its customers."
