"Good stuff. Food was great. Just wish their management which appeared to disaplening a worker in the diner area. Don't you have a office? I'd come back."
"I used to eat here sometimes, but now I never do. It’s all due to their really bad service. I ordered a taco salad and a side of fries. With the taco salad they inevitably forget a part every single time. I always have to double check, but that’s not why I’m here. I’m here because I asked for fresh fries. Wendy’s fries are the best when they’re fresh. When they’re not, they’re terrible, soggy and disgusting, which is why I always ask for them fresh. Anyways, after I get my food I check the salad make sure everything's there, they forget the sour cream, no biggie I just ask for sour cream. I start driving away, I eat a fry and it’s soggy and disgusting, definitely not fresh. OK, a little irritating, since I already pulled out the drive through and they got one thing wrong already. No big deal though, I’ll just go inside and ask for fresh fries. I do just that, politely tell the lady I asked for fresh fries and request they change them out. She apologizes goes back gets a scoop from the fry big, hands me the fries. I taste them, definitely not fresh. I tell her the fries aren’t fresh, still polite at this point, but my tone is a bit irritable. She goes back, says something to one of the other ladies, goes to the same fry bin that she just gave me old fries from, gets another scoop and hands it too me. Skeptically, and just to be sure, I try one, definitely not fresh. At this point I start being rude. I say “You really think you can fool me by just giving me another scoop from the same bin?” the other lady she was talking to earlier walks up and angrily says “There’s no need for you to be so rude” and I say “Yes, there is a need for me to be rude, you guys just tried to fool me right in front of my face not just once but twice”. Whom I presume is the manager walks up at this point and apologizes, asks me to take a seat, wait a few minutes and I’ll have my fresh fries. I oblige and I wait. They bring me my fries and I leave. I taste one, and it’s definitely not fresh. They had taken some old fries and re-fried them. At this point I don’t care to argue with them anymore and I leave. I never went back. This was about six months ago."
"Best Wendy's hand's down. Food is good, hot and always accurate. The people that work there are always smiling and friendly. I frequent this location at least once a week or every other week for lunch since it's close to work. Really the ladies working the drive through are so nice."
"If you want fast food don’t go hear. They took 20 mins to give me a sausage egg and cheese breakfast meal. Just to receive cold food."
