"Can I give a negative star? One is too much. Terrible customers service. Was treated extremely rude. Will never eat here again. This place is above average price for basically a Teriyaki bowl. I paid $1.00 extra for brown rice. I received white rice. After I brought it back they asked if they could just give me the brown rice on the side. I replied no can you please remake the bowl. I was given an instant attitude. I wasn’t looking for anything other than rebuilding the bowl. They could have used the same meat. Instead they treated me like garbage in disgust because of my request. Terrible, terrible customer service."
"Came here for a work lunch. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted at how good this meal was. I got the beef bowl with fried egg, white rice, and kale salad. Amazing! My plate was the envy of the table, as we all went to different locations and sat together outside."
