"Went here after work with my wife. It was not too busy, though it did get busier as we sat and ate our dinner. First, the staff was super helpful and nice. The person taking our order was especially nice. As was the person who checked us out. The food was good. As expected. Not great. Not bad. But good. I think for us it was the service that was great. Which is what will make us come back for more !!"

"Food portions got smaller over the years, doesn’t seem like they fill up the take out box as much anymore. Other than that they have a weird doggy bag window when you walk in if you’re ordering online or on the phone. Foods always decent but just not what it used to be."

"All 5 stars, especially those for service goes to the Manager Sharleen. She resolved an issue with my brother's online order that i accidentally forgot to take with me on Tuesday night 7/21/23, after I ordered my food in person at the store. I was not familiar with their cubby place for pick up. We live on the other side of Irvine, so my brother end up going the next day as soon as the store opened to tell them what happened . I'm aware they have a system in place to know, if an order was picked up or not. My brother showed the employee his online receipt and explained what occurred. The male employee was very rude with his gestures, no customer service knowledge & did not even try to help my brother. I was about to give them 1 star (for the delicious food only), but Sharleen went above & beyond providing an excellent experience after I went back to share how disappointed I was with that employee. As Managers, we can train, coach & help our staff to improve in their customer service skills, but there are times when write ups are needed. Sharleen is definitely a good leader & an awesome manager. She enjoys her job - kudos to her !"

"So 2 things really bothered me about this place during my last visit enough that I’d be compelled to write a review about it. Firstly, I was in line and got to the front and some old man and his wife blatantly butted in front of me. The staff saw it and did nothing to enforce the line up and just served him. I realize I should say something myself but the staff should not have served him. Ridiculous. Secondly, I got a 2-item combo and the serving size was tiny and was pretty much all celery, barely any chicken. Small serving of rice as well. For $9 this was a rip off and I was left hungry. I live across the street so I’ve been here enough times to realize that they consistently skimp out on the servings compared to other locations. At least fill up the rice/noodles! Despite the convenience I’ll never go back here again and will gladly drive to the nearest other Panda Express if I’m ever in the mood for some. However, you’re better off going to a local mom and pop Chinese take out place as the serving sizes will be much more fair for the price."
